The Opportunity

CACI is seeking a C-UAS ORSA & Technology Advisor serving as a senior staff integrator supporting the USCENTCOM Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Rapid Employment Joint Task Force (REJTF), enabling the rapid employment and operational integration of emerging counter-UAS and advanced technologies across the theater.

Operating from Mac Dill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida, this position bridges technology and operations by transforming commander intent into executable plans, developing concepts of operation, advising senior leaders, and synchronizing efforts across joint, interagency, service, and partner nation stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a senior staff integrator to CCCTO on the Rapid Employment Joint Task Force, enabling technologies, removing blockers, and seamlessly integrating operations within the enabled Combatant Command.
  • Reports directly to C5

    ISR and CCCTO.
  • Develop and refine planning materials at the Combatant Command level to support ongoing operations within the USCENTCOM CTO / REJTF front office.
  • Rapidly develop CONOPS for complex technology integration tasks, ensuring operational utility and alignment with USCENTCOM objectives to turn intent into action.
  • Prepare concise talking points for senior-level meetings to articulate strategies and priorities for employing novel C-UAS technologies at the tactical edge.

    ISR, partner nations, joint forces, and interagency stakeholders to synchronize technology integration efforts across the enterprise.
  • Respond to complex requests for information from general officers with polished, analytical, and actionable narrative insights.
  • Attend meetings with the Joint Staff, Components, and Program Offices to ensure novel technology TTPs are effective in theater, contributing in alignment with USCENTCOM CTO / REJTF intent.
  • Work with internal CCMD stakeholders to gather and organize real-time, analytics-driven planning recommendations to commanders during operations to counter UAS threats and employ new technologies.
  • Analyze after-action reports from technology pilots and engagements to enhance effectiveness and adapt to evolving threats.
  • Maintain an updated laydown of technologies, advising leaders on integration challenges, opportunities, and joint posture enhancements all within the MAVEN tools (Technology Arsenal).
  • Advise Services on acquisition and R&D strategies to ensure USCENTCOM maintains technological superiority against adversary threats.
  • Authoritatively support Crisis Actions alongside CCCTO and CTO Front office when required.
  • Contribute to emergency action OPTs, working groups, planning meetings, and GO/FO-level briefings.
  • Participate in select C-UAS demonstrations, training programs, and joint exercises to bolster enterprise awareness and readiness.
Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communication, Business Administration, Engineering, or Information Technology). Advanced degrees or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Substitution possible with 10+ years of relevant military or technology integration experience.
  • Prior Combatant Command experience in military planning, technology integration, C-UAS operations, or force protection, preferably in a joint or combatant command front office environment.
  • Familiarity with USCENTCOM’s AOR, including its cultural, geopolitical, and operational dynamics.
  • Practical knowledge of novel C-UAS technologies and operational staff tools (e.g., Microsoft Suite, Maven, C2IE).
  • Demonstrated experience in joint operations or interagency coordination.

Desired:

  • Strong written, analytical, and problem-solving skills to distill complex situations into actionable and easily understood plans.
  • Excellent communication skills for briefing senior leaders and collaborating with diverse stakeholders across technology and operational enterprise.
  • Proficiency in operational planning frameworks, such as the Joint Planning Process (JPP) or Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP).
  • Ability to perform effectively in high-pressure, dynamic environments – lead OPTs.
