Cross Functional Support & Communication Project Manager Coordinator & Communications

In this highly visible role, you will support key IT transformation initiatives while working closely with senior leaders and global stakeholders. You will help drive strategic programs, coordinate communications, and ensure effective governance as part of a dynamic and evolving business environment.

• Lead and coordinate strategic IT initiatives supporting organizational transformation and business objectives.
• Partner with the CIO and IT Leadership Team to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Gather, analyze, and present information that supports effective decision-making.
• Manage governance activities and coordinate multiple project work streams.
• Develop clear communications and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Facilitate collaboration among global stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Support project portfolio planning and demand management across the IT organization.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in project or program management within a complex or global organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to analyze complex information and translate it into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams, functions, or geographic locations.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and evolving business needs.
