Insight Global is seeking a field support technician to support a large environment across 200+ sites, with travel involved. The role will be split 50% ticket-based end-user support and 50% computer replacement, imaging, and deployment activities.
The technician will work with Windows 11, SCCM, and Service Now to ensure devices are prepared and data restored before hand-off to users. Travel and lifting up to 25–35 lbs are required.
