Hillsborough Community College in Tampa seeks an IT Support Technician to provide on-site and phone assistance for data, voice, and classroom technology. You will diagnose and repair desktop, network, printer, and AV equipment and support software and OIT applications.
Responsibilities include managing ticket queues, updating users on status, assisting with system specs for new technology, training end users, and participating in an emergency response team if needed.
