Position: SAP S/4HANA Integration Lead

Work Setup

Onsite in Tampa, FL 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday) at Corporate Center III at International Plaza (4221 W Boy Scout Blvd, Tampa, FL 33607). No remote flexibility.

Reason for Opening

Critical multi-year modernization project to transition our client—a leading Americas steel producer—from SAP ECC to SAP S/4

HANA.

Deliverables

Mapping all legacy interfaces, creating the integration blueprint, defining the integration reconnection plan, and managing the blackout/cutover strategy.

Interview Process

To be determined based on supplier submissions. Likely a two-stage technical and stakeholder review.

Visa Notes

Visa candidates are eligible, but the visa validity must extend at least through December 2027.

  • S/4

    HANA Migration: 3–4+ years of experience specifically on ECC to S/4

    HANA migrations.
  • SAP Project

    Experience:

    9–10+ years of overall SAP environment experience.
  • Integration Architecture: 6+ years of experience with blueprinting and design solutions.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience in the Steel, Manufacturing, or Heavy Industrial sectors.

Position Overview

The Integration Lead will join a multi-year modernization initiative for a major steel producer and leading supplier of long steel products in the Americas. The purpose of this project is to modernize their entire enterprise landscape by migrating from SAP ECC to SAP S/4

HANA. The team’s mission is to map critical interfaces, identify key system dependencies, and establish a bulletproof integration reconnection plan to minimize business disruption during the transition.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Map complex system interfaces and identify architectural dependencies across the enterprise landscape.
  • Define and document the integration reconnection plan for the SAP ECC to S/4

    HANA migration program.
  • Build and manage the end-to-end integration landscape across both SAP and non-SAP environments.
  • Lead collaborative workshops with business stakeholders to drive alignment on integration goals and technical directions.
  • Partner closely with IT delivery teams to design, detail, and define the target S/4

    HANA solution, including all new functionalities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute the integration blackout strategy for the system cutover phase.

Additional Desired Skills
  • Broad understanding of SAP Production Planning (PP) or Plant Maintenance (PM) modules (PP preferred).

  • Proven ability to support senior leadership decision‑making by translating business needs into technical designs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced, detail‑oriented Integration Architect with a strong background in large‑scale enterprise migrations, ideally within heavy industry or manufacturing. They possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to naturally translate complex technical details for business stakeholders while holding their own in deep‑dive technical discussions with IT teams. They are comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, highly collaborative onsite project environment.
