Overview
IS Technician - Helpdesk located in Cooper City, FL. Provide exceptional customer service while diagnosing and resolving retail equipment failures.
Responsibilities- Service and install hardware including POS and self‑checkout registers.
- Drive between CVS locations in Broward County and Dade County.
- Assist with high severity service calls during evening and weekend rotations.
- Ensure reliable vehicle availability to support field operations.
- Verifiable High School Diploma or GED required.
- Technical certifications or degree preferred.
Normal day shift:
Monday‑Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.
On‑call for weekday evenings and rotating weekend coverage.
Must reside within the territory supported.
