Job Nimbus is seeking a Technical Account Manager to drive customer retention, risk mitigation, and product adoption across a curated book of business. You will lead proactive technical strategy and enablement to help customers become core users of the platform.
In this role, you will own client relationships, coordinate with CAEs and product teams, and manage escalations to protect CSAT and churn. You will also track metrics and influence adoption roadmaps through webinars and events.
