350 hours of live instruction across four tracks:
Business Applications, A+, Network+, Security+. Designed to provide a structured pathway through digital literacy to advanced IT roles.

Upon completion, graduates are prepared for:

• Help Desk Technician – Desktop Support, Tier 1–2. Salary $40K–$66K per year.
• IT Support Specialist – Technical & User Support. Salary $55K–$85K per year.
• Network Technician – Network Infrastructure. Salary $50K–$80K per year.

• Career changers and job seekers.
• Individuals with no prior IT experience.
• Those based in or near Tampa Bay who can attend online sessions.
• Participants eligible for WIOA, VR, or VA funding.

Four track curriculum (order matters):

• Business Applications – Digital Literacy (138 hrs) – Microsoft 365, AI tools, file management, career tools.
• CompTIA A+ – Hardware & Support (92 hrs) – Hardware installation, operating systems, networking fundamentals, troubleshooting.
• CompTIA Network+ – Networking (60 hrs) – Network design, configuration, troubleshooting, security fundamentals.
• CompTIA Security+ – Security Fundamentals (60 hrs) – Threat identification, risk management, secure network defense, incident response.

• Live, instructor‑led sessions via Microsoft Teams.
• Exam vouchers for CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ with retake assurance.

Open to anyone willing to commit 350 hours over roughly 9 months. No prior IT experience required; basic Windows PC use and internet browsing acceptable.
