Job Overview:The Workplace Services Lead is accountable for the end to end delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of Workplace / Digital Workplace services within the Accenture Infrastructure Managed Services (IMS) model. The role owns endpoint and device management platforms, including Microsoft Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable service delivery aligned to contractual commitments, SLAs, and client expectations. Design, configure, and optimize Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM policies, profiles, baselines, and deployment models.
Key Responsibilities:- Own Intune, MECM/SCCM, and MDM services within the IMS Workplace / EUC tower, accountable for service stability, SLA adherence, and operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain service governance, including KPIs, operational metrics, risk management, and escalation management.
- Act as the escalation point for complex endpoint related incidents, problems, and service risks.
- Provide oversight for device lifecycle services, including provisioning, configuration, patching, software deployment, compliance enforcement, and decommissioning.
- Ensure standardized delivery models, runbooks, and operational processes are followed across global delivery teams.
- Drive effective collaboration between Service Desk, Field Services, Security Operations, and Endpoint Engineering teams.
