You will assess needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents for complex repairs, while building trust and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service.
You’ll learn through provided training, set up new devices, and help customers decide whether to repair or replace. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
