Job Description

Gather, analyze, and document payment-related business requirements.

Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.

Support domestic and international payment systems.

Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Analyze payment workflows, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling.

Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and operations.

Support payment system enhancements and integrations.

Perform data analysis and investigate payment processing issues.

Participate in UAT planning, testing, and defect management.

Ensure requirements are accurately implemented throughout the SDLC.

Participate in Agile ceremonies.

Prepare process flows and functional documentation.

Required Skills

Strong Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services.

Knowledge of ACH, Wire, SWIFT, RTP, Fed Now, and payment processing.

Experience with requirements gathering and process mapping.

Knowledge of APIs and system integrations.

Strong SQL and data analysis skills.

Experience with Agile Scrum and JIRA.
