IT Service Desk Analyst I

Rooms To Go is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst Level I to support our fast-paced retail and logistics operations. In this customer-focused role, you'll provide first-level technical support for store, warehouse, and corporate users via phone, ticketing system, and remote tools. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Windows PCs, basic network and Wi-Fi issues, POS hardware, mobile devices, and common retail applications;

documenting and escalating incidents; and following standard procedures and SLAs. Ideal candidates bring strong communication, reliability, and eagerness to learn in a high-volume retail environment with growth potential.
