The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our talented team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for usability, usefulness, and visual appeal. You will work on a variety of client-facing and internal projects, each with unique requirements that may involve adopting new technologies and methodologies.
Your primary focus will be on designing intuitive interfaces, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating closely with developers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional digital experiences. Working in a highly open and collaborative environment following Scrum methodology, you will have the opportunity to contribute innovative ideas, learn new skills, and grow professionally.
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience
- Proficiency in creating wireframes and prototypes
- Portfolio demonstrating a range and depth of design skills for software experiences
- Current knowledge of UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Visual Studio Code, Git, Azure Dev Ops
- HTML5 and CSS3 skills with the ability to translate designs for development
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
- Ability to work within an agile team environment
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor','s degree, UI development experience, and some knowledge of JavaScript.
Responsibilities- Design and deliver compelling online user experiences that meet client and project requirements
- Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts
- Conduct research, discovery, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets
- Build and modify interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3, ensuring responsiveness and accessibility
- Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure seamless integration
- Modify and enhance existing Angular applications for improved user experience
- Provide recommendations and evaluations for new design ideas, features, and architecture
- Stay current with emerging technologies, industry best practices, and UI/UX trends
- Learn and adapt to unfamiliar technologies as needed to meet project goals
