ICP is seeking a Cybersecurity Incident Response (IR) Specialist to join our team. As a Cybersecurity IR Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and tracking security measures to protect our information, network infrastructure, and computer systems. You will play a crucial role in designing comprehensive cybersecurity architecture and implementing effective security protocols.
This position is based in Tampa, FL.

Key Responsibilities
  • Internet and External Vulnerability Remediation:

    Identify and remediate vulnerabilities to protect systems from external threats.
  • Security Measures:

    Develop, execute, and track security measures to protect information, network infrastructure, and computer systems.
  • System Security Requirements:

    Identify, define, and document system security requirements, recommending solutions to management.
  • Security

    Infrastructure:

    Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain security infrastructure software and hardware.
  • Monitoring Software:

    Install and maintain monitoring software to detect security breaches and intrusions.
  • System Monitoring:

    Monitor systems for irregular behavior and implement preventive measures.
  • Staff Training:

    Educate and train staff on information system security best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with security infrastructure software and hardware
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communications and teamwork abilities
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Compensation: $53,000/ year. Actual pay is dependent on candidates’ overall skills for the role
