• Moving from Workday to Saba Learning Hub due to CVS integration
• Needs to know Workday learning through and through
• Ability to configure / knows the workday learning and work ramp well
• Hands on analyst with some BA activities
• Integration/Implementation experience
• Understands how the system works

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Learning and Development, or a related field.
• Proven experience with Workday Learning, Workramp, and Learning Hub or similar learning management systems.
• Strong understanding of business process management and technical integration.
• Experience with system testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of data migration best practices and tools is a plus.

Preferred

Skills:

• Certification in project management or business analysis.
• Experience in a similar migration project within a large organization.
• Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
