Production Support Engineer W/ Oracle Financials Cloud
As a production support engineer, the person will be responsible for providing advanced technical support and troubleshooting for critical production applications.
Skills required:
- 8+ years of experience in production support.
- 8+ years of experience in incident management, job monitoring, root cause analysis, etc.
- Knowledge of Ab Initio or any ETL tools.
- Knowledge of Unix.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools like Service Now or Jira.
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financials cloud with a focus on General Ledger or Accounting Hub Cloud Services.
- Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools such as Oracle Financial Reporting and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Must be able to collaborate with different stakeholders and teams.
