We're looking for a Systems Administrator to join our Enterprise Systems & Technology team in Tampa. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, AI, automation, and IT operations. You'll spend time understanding how our employees work, identifying friction in their daily processes, and designing AI-powered solutions that eliminate manual effort. You'll also support our internal IT organization by helping modernize the helpdesk experience through automation, intelligent workflows, and AI agents while still being willing to jump into traditional IT support when needed.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving business problems as much as solving technical ones. Occasional travel (less than 25% annually) may be required to support newly acquired companies and enterprise technology initiatives.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement

• Partner with business leaders and IT to understand operational challenges and identify automation opportunities.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Analyze repetitive work and recommend AI or workflow solutions that improve efficiency.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Measure the impact of automation initiatives and continuously improve them.

AI & Automation

• Design, build, and maintain AI agents that automate business and IT processes.
• Create agentic workflows using modern AI platforms and workflow automation tools.
• Connect AI solutions with enterprise systems including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, ERP platforms, and internal applications.
• Develop prompt libraries, reusable workflows, and documentation that can be shared across the organization.
• Monitor deployed AI solutions and iterate based on user feedback and business outcomes.

IT Operations & Helpdesk

• Support Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra .
• Assist with identity and access management using Entra  Okta.
• Help automate common helpdesk requests, onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and software deployment.
• Support endpoint management across Windows and macOS devices.
• Provide end-user support when needed while continually identifying opportunities to reduce recurring support work through automation.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and operational runbooks.

Enterprise Technology

• Assist with IT integration activities related to acquisitions.
• Support tenant migrations, account provisioning, and systems integration projects.
• Collaborate with Business Systems, Security, and Infrastructure teams on enterprise initiatives.
• Promote AI adoption and best practices across the organization.

Technical Skills

• Some experience analyzing business processes, or an interest in learning how to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Comfort learning Microsoft 365 tools such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Entra .
• Openness to picking up Power Shell or another scripting language for automation.
• Curiosity about workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, n8n, Workato, Zapier, or similar tools.
• Interest in AI platforms including ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable technologies.
• Some exposure to Windows and macOS environments.
• A knack for clear writing and documenting how things work.

Nice to Have

• Experience building AI agents or workflow automations.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, or systems integrations.
• Salesforce or enterprise application experience.
• Exposure to M&A tenant integrations.
• Basic programming experience with Python, JavaScript, or SQL.
