- Should be able to establish standards and have good written and verbal communication skills
- Expert in asking the right questions from the customer to expedite the solution/resolution to their request/problems
- Should have experience with Wireshark and other industry-standard tools for troubleshooting issues
Install/Configure IAAS on AWS/Azure/GCP
- Should be able to automate tasks using vendor-provided tools such as Lambda etc
- Well versed in patching
- DR set-up
- Storage configurations
- Backup/recovery
- Monitoring
- Tuning
Expert in supporting/managing windows environments in the cloud (Windows OS/AD/Backup Recovery/Monitoring etc)
All of them should have relevant experience and excellent communicators.
