Student Assistant ERP Analyst (Finance)

PURPOSE:
- Create various types of analytical artifacts (such as User Stories, Process Maps, Swimlane Diagrams, and more) which fit with specific situations for differing types of business needs and technology solutions.
- Learn about the Scrum process for product development through participation and contribution as a team member.
- Explain the value and efficiency gains achieved through process redesign activities.
- Develop practical experience using ticket management processes and software such as Jira to track, document, communicate, and support resolution of ERP-related issues across functional and technical teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Requires 2 years of education and/or prior experience in conducting business analysis duties or directly related activities; applicants must be current USF student during the appointed semester and meet the requirements of USF.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Prior business analysis experience with large‑scale ERP systems.
