How You Will Fulfill Your Mission

  • Transform complex public, commercial, geospatial, and client-provided information into clear analytic products that support client mission decisions.
  • Develop defensible findings by examining patterns, relationships, data gaps, and operationally relevant trends across multiple information sources.
  • Build tailored research and analytic approaches based on client requirements, available data, mission priorities, and reporting timelines.
  • Use structured quantitative and qualitative methods to evaluate large or varied datasets and communicate conclusions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Prepare written products, briefings, visualizations, maps, and other decision-support materials that clearly explain analytic judgments and supporting evidence.
  • Apply geospatial, network, and data-fusion techniques to help clients understand relationships, locations, activities, and emerging areas of concern.
  • Maintain awareness of relevant open-source, publicly available, commercial, and industry data resources that may strengthen analytic outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members and client stakeholders to refine requirements, validate assumptions, and improve the usefulness of final deliverables.

Why We Value You

  • You are able to work independently and show a high level of initiative and attention to detail.
  • You have a consistent character and do not yield to pressure to compromise or cut corners.
  • You have a strong ability to communicate effectively with superiors, colleagues, and clients by clearly expressing your intent and understanding the focus and purpose of the conversation while allowing each person to get their point across.
  • You are open to new ideas and innovations and can create modifications or changes in yourself to adapt or suit a new environment/situation.
  • You have faith in your own ideas and ability to be successful.
  • You hold yourself to the highest standard and work to inspire your team to produce quality work.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience.
  • Must currently possess an active Top Secret security clearance and be eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment while researching multifaceted problem sets in a dynamic setting.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in research, data fusion, and analysis of multidisciplinary datasets.
  • Proficiency in data manipulation, including collection, synthesis, and visualization of content for complex deliverables in multiple formats.
  • Knowledge of internet-based research methods, including Boolean logic, search engines, databases, publicly available internet sources, and commercial or industry-based data resources.
  • Strong critical-thinking, analytical, technical, and communication skills with the ability to present findings in written, graphic, briefing, or other client-directed formats.
  • Proficiency in geospatial analysis, including advanced analytic functions and creation of publishable cartographic products.
  • Experience with relevant analytic and geospatial tools such as Analyst's Notebook, ArcGIS Pro/Arc Map, Tableau, Google Earth, or comparable platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Experience supporting complex federal, defense, law-enforcement, special operations, or comparable mission environments.
  • Knowledge of structured analytic or targeting methodologies.
  • Knowledge of multiple intelligence or information disciplines, including OSINT and related analytic sources.
