5+ years of experience in data warehouse and BI testing (Preference is given to HR reporting experience).

Very good written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to work with product management, business users and development teams to understand/implement/strategize QA testing

Self-starter, able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment with multiple priorities

Ability to debug, test and analyze complex queries required

Experience testing with large dataset

Experience developing tests for BI reporting (preferably Microstrategy) and data warehouse

Experience testing of reporting applications is a must

Strong problem solving skills and ability to navigate complicated database relationships

Manage/Mentor onsite/offshore QA analysts
