• Lead Service Now projects, including interacting with clients and users to identify and translate functional requirements.
• Collaborate with Service Now development teams to design, develop, implement, and administer Service Now applications.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using Service Now.
• Support Service Now projects by interacting with stakeholders to capture current state processes and pain points, and design future state processes.
• Maintain frequent engagement with users and stakeholders throughout all phases of the overall project and development efforts.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams in their efforts to develop, configure, and enhance Service Now applications.
• Stay current with Service Now products, features, and industry trends to drive innovation.
• Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing Service Now implementations.
• Build functional work products such as, but not limited to, process maps, design documents, and communications.
• Support functional product testing and training activities.
• Create technical and functional documentation for Service Now solutions.

• Must possess and maintain a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain an approved adjudication of clearance before onboarding.
• Minimum of five (5) years of Service Now or similar technology implementation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls.
• Knowledge of Service Now Modules and capabilities such as GRC, SPM, ITSM, App Engine, and Scoped Apps.
• Well‑rounded technology consulting experience, including the ability to define requirements, lead client meetings, facilitate UAT, and conduct training.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

• Candidates with an active "TOP SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred.
• One or more Service Now certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS, CAD).
• Agile, SCRUM, or SAFe certifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels.
• Heightened attention to detail.
• Knowledge of capabilities of other low‑code and no‑code technology platforms, such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, UiPath, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Hands‑on experience configuring Service Now solutions.
• General understanding of financial management aspects (e.g., financial operations, financial innovation, internal control, risk management) in a federal environment.
