UKG PRO HCM Solution Architect

Our client, Deloitte, is seeking a UKG Pro HCM Suite Implementation Solution Architect to join their HR Transformation practice, which is part of a larger Human Capital Consulting team. This role involves implementing UKG HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and more, across various industries including healthcare, consumer, and manufacturing.

The responsibilities include managing the full lifecycle of UKG HCM Pro projects, engaging with client leaders, requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and providing solutions for complex integrations and customizations. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of related experience, strong knowledge of HR and Payroll functions, and technical expertise in UKG modules and integrations. Travel up to 50% may be required.

The position offers a salary range of $131,175 to $218,625, with potential participation in a discretionary annual incentive program. The role is full-time, mid-senior level, within the engineering and IT domain, and based in the United States. The recruiting process ends on 12/30/2025.
