As a Director, Solution Architect, AI‑Native Engineering, you will lead the charge in developing innovative technology solutions within our Internal Firm Services practice. Your role involves implementing and delivering cutting‑edge software solutions to clients, managing the end‑to‑end delivery process, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to drive successful technology implementations. You will set strategic direction, mentor future leaders, and steward PwC’s reputation for quality, integrity, inclusion, and commercialness.

• Lead the development and implementation of innovative software solutions to meet client needs.
• Manage end‑to‑end technology delivery processes, ensuring seamless integration and efficient execution.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve successful technology implementations and project outcomes.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of product roadmaps and technology strategies.
• Guide teams in developing user stories and delivering planning to enhance project delivery.
• Promote technological advances and foster an environment where people and technology thrive together.
• Identify market gaps and convert opportunities into successful solutions for the firm.
• Mentor and develop the next generation of leaders within the organization.
• Balance strategic choices with system‑level enablers to drive change and innovation.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, adhering to the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or, in lieu of a degree, demonstrate the minimum years of experience required for the role, adding three years of Technology Delivery work experience for each missing year of college.
• At least 8 years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years of AI technology experience (RAGs, LLM, AI Adoption).

• Excelling in IT Business Strategy and IT Consulting.
• Demonstrating proficiency in Software Development and Software Product Management.
• Leading software development and project management initiatives in Claude Code, Cursor, Git Hub, Copilot, etc.
• Managing IT Infrastructure and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Developing User Stories and embracing Rapid Experimentation.
• Delivering Project Management and Project Risk solutions.
• Promoting Process Improvement and Quality Assurance Process Management.

Up to 40% travel may be required.

The salary range for this position is: $122,500 - $423,780. For residents of Washington state the salary range is: $122,500 - $504,500. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
