IT Project Manager | SaaS - Tampa; HYBRID

Green Card or Citizen | Tampa area HYBRID | Must be open to supporting all time zones

We are looking for an Implementation-heavy Project Manager who will spearhead SaaS implementations for our Healthcare clients. This is a permanent employee role for someone who is experienced with project planning for end-to-end delivery, including kickoffs, milestones, managing scope, and keeping implementations timely and within budget. Ideally we are looking for a PM experienced with tight delivery times for Healthcare environments and/or proven experience leading successful end to end SaaS implementations from kickoff through to post go-live.

• Accountable for the successful completion of a project’s deliverables
• Has the lead role on a project team and serves as the primary contact
• Documents project scope within SOW
• Manages changes in scope in accordance with change control procedures
• Develops, updates, and actively manages a comprehensive project plan, including tasks, start and end dates, work effort, resource assignments, milestones, and critical path
• Drives collaboration between functional teams and customers to achieve milestones and deliverables
• Ensures project plan decisions are documented
• Identifies and mitigates risks
• Documents actions items and verifies they’re completed
• Facilitates meetings. Ensures agenda and minutes are published
• Responsible for ensuring project artifacts are stored in a location in line with company policies and are accessible by appropriate team members
• Manages resource bookings for assigned project(s)
• Responsible for reporting on the status of a project and escalating issues
• Drafts Statement of Work (SOW) or Change Request (CR) wherever appropriate

• 5 years experience as a client-facing project manager with experience delivering SaaS software required
• Experienced in detailed project planning, project governance, capacity planning, and project budgeting.
• Documentation heavy - ideal candidate has successfully created, shared and stored project plans throughout career
• Working knowledge delivering software to the healthcare industry is a big plus
• Proficient technical understanding: ability to demonstrate knowledge of software development life cycle, application design, integration, and hosting technologies
• Professional experience with JIRA/Confluence and MS Project - for project plan documentation preferred
• Unable to sponsor or hold visas - must have permanent work authorization.
• Hybrid based - employee will currently reside in the Tampa area
