USF Information Technology (USF IT) is seeking a Student Temporary (OPS) to provide Level I Service Desk support for hardware, software, and end-user inquiries on campus in Tampa.
The role requires a current USF student enrolled with a class schedule and the ability to work at least 18 hours per week; hours vary across Mon-Sun. The position is not visa-sponsored. You will create and manage trouble tickets, document interactions, and assist with system software used by the USF community.
