Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the architecture, planning, and execution of a large-scale transformation from SAP ECC to RISE with SAP / S/4

HANA. This individual will serve as the strategic technical leader responsible for defining the future-state SAP architecture, evaluating business and technical impacts, guiding design decisions, and ensuring a successful migration from legacy ERP environments.

The ideal candidate has successfully led multiple ECC to S/4

HANA transformations and possesses a strong blend of business process knowledge, enterprise architecture expertise, and stakeholder management skills.

10+ years of SAP experience with progressive architecture leadership responsibilities.

Hands-on experience leading at least one full lifecycle migration from SAP ECC to S/4

HANA.

Experience architecting solutions within a RISE with SAP environment.

Deep understanding of SAP architecture, integrations, data migration, and system landscape design.

Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP transformation best practices.

Experience working with executive stakeholders and steering committees.

Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technical solutions.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Multiple ECC to S/4

HANA transformation programs completed as an Architect or Lead Architect.

Experience with SAP BTP, Integration Suite, and modern SAP integration patterns.

Understanding of Clean Core principles and SAP modernization strategies.

Experience with cloud migration initiatives and hybrid enterprise environments.

SAP certifications in S/4

HANA, Enterprise Architecture, or RISE with SAP.

Consulting or professional services background.
