DTCC is seeking a Senior Cloud Operations Engineer to join our hybrid team supporting AWS, Azure, and on-prem workloads. You will own incident response on a 24x7 shift, drive cross-domain incidents to resolution, and lead automation efforts to reduce manual work across critical financial market services.
You will manage engineers on shift rotations, enforce change governance, and collaborate with Platform Engineering and Delivery teams to elevate operational excellence.
