IT Enterprise Data Architect

Next Path Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a IT Enterprise Data Architect to join our client’s team. This is a Remote, Direct hire position.
SALARY: $180,000 – $185,000 (depending on experience). Unfortunately, at this time our client is unable to sponsor or transfer visas. Only candidates authorized to work in the US without sponsorship should apply.

• 6–8 years of hands-on Data Engineering experience
• 3–5 years in an Enterprise Data Architect or similar role
• Experience working in a large enterprise environment with complex data ecosystems
• Deep expertise in SQL, Snowflake, and enterprise data modeling
• Strong understanding of semantic layers, data models, and architecture best practices
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Net Suite, including data integration
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Design and develop scalable data models and enterprise data architecture
• Evaluate data flows between platforms and identify opportunities for improvement
• Establish best practices for data movement, integration, and governance
• Lead data architecture efforts related to mergers and acquisitions, including data mapping and integration strategies
• Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and security standards are met
• Perform hands‑on data analysis, profiling, and validation to support architecture decisions
• Develop and maintain enterprise data standards, metadata, and documentation
• Communicate strategic data architecture recommendations to leadership and stakeholders
