We are seeking a skilled and proactive Server Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Citrix environments, Veeam backup solutions, and Windows Server operating systems, along with a solid understanding of other mainstream OS platforms. This role is critical in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our server infrastructure.



Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain server infrastructure across physical and virtual environments.
• Administer and support Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops environments.
• Manage and monitor Veeam Backup & Replication for data protection and disaster recovery.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Server and other mainstream operating systems (e.g., Linux, VMware ESXi).
• Perform regular system updates, patching, and performance tuning.
• Monitor system health and respond to incidents and outages.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support application deployments and infrastructure projects.
• Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.

• 5+ years of experience in a server engineering or systems administration role.
• Strong knowledge of Citrix technologies (Xen App/Xen Desktop, Citrix Studio, Citrix Director).
• Proficiency with Veeam Backup & Replication.
• Experience with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Understanding of virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Certifications such as Citrix Certified Associate (CCA-V), Microsoft Certified:
  Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate, or Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE).
• Experience with scripting (Power Shell, Bash) for automation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
