Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead a major SAP modernization and migration initiative within the Customer Success organization. This contract-to-hire role, based in Midtown Tampa with a hybrid work schedule (1 day remote per week), involves supporting a customer-facing SAP environment that is critical to business processes such as billing and other customer-related functions. The SAP modernization initiative is currently in the planning/pre-execution stage, providing an opportunity for you to help establish project structure, coordinate stakeholders, and support the organization as it moves into execution.

• Support the planning and execution of an enterprise SAP modernization and migration initiative within the Customer Success organization.
• Establish and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and risks.
• Coordinate activities across SAP/technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership.
• Support the migration and integration of SAP systems and related business processes.
• Work closely with technical teams to understand migration activities, system dependencies, integrations, and potential technical risks.
• Coordinate requirements, project priorities, testing activities, issue resolution, and overall execution.
• Identify project roadblocks and collaborate with teams to drive issues toward resolution.
• Monitor project progress and provide clear updates regarding timelines, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall status.
• Serve as a key point of coordination between technical teams and customer-facing/business stakeholders.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the technical aspects of the SAP environment while ensuring project activities remain aligned with business objectives.
• Support the organization through the transition from the current SAP environment to the future-state environment.

• 15–20 years of professional/technical experience preferred; flexibility for candidates with strong SAP and migration experience.
• Strong experience supporting or managing SAP implementations, migrations, modernization initiatives, or integrations.
• Significant hands‑on experience working within SAP environments.
• Experience coordinating complex enterprise technology projects with multiple technical and business stakeholders.
• Understanding of SAP system integrations, dependencies, and migration-related activities.
• Ability to work effectively with technical teams and communicate complex information to business leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, identify risks, and drive execution.
• Comfortable working in evolving environments where requirements may change.
• PMP certification is not required.
