ADDITIONAL INFO FOR APPLICANTS:

The selected candidate must have current work authorization in the United States. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

DUTIES:

• Design, implement and support various analytics solutions for IT Service Management
• Provide continuous business process and data analysis support
• Generate metrics and reports
• Collaborate closely with the Service Management team, synthesize findings into actionable recommendations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be current USF student with at least four semesters remaining before graduation during the appointed semester
• Good communications, organizational, interpersonal (teamwork)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience and/or knowledge of Service desk workflows, processes, and metrics
• Experience with various data/process analysis, ETL/ELT
• Report writing tools such as PowerBI, Azure-Synapse, SQL, JQL (JIRA query language)
