Comp Tech Computer Technologies is seeking an IT Service Desk Specialist - Level I to provide first-line technical support for DHA users at Mac Dill Air Force Base, Tampa, on-site. You will diagnose hardware/software issues, document incidents, and follow standardized service desk processes.
The role requires 2 years of IT support experience, excellent customer service, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to meet security/background checks including an active Secret clearance.
