We are looking for a skilled System Administrator with experience in managing desktops, servers, networks, and mobile devices. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Desktop management
- Server, network, and mobile device management
- Troubleshooting issues with laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and network connectivity
- Supporting Windows 10 and Office 365 applications
- Researching and exploring new equipment, hardware, and software technologies
- Experience with server, network, and mobile device management
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Experience supporting Windows 10 and Office 365 applications
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Powershell or other scripting knowledge
- Knowledge of application packaging or image management using MDT
