Description

Plateau Software is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support a mission-critical program at Mac Dill Air Force Base in Tampa, Florida.

The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded Microsoft 365 professional with strong SharePoint and Power Automate experience and familiarity with Power Apps and Power BI. Experience using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem to modernize business processes, improve workflows, streamline information sharing, and enhance collaboration is highly valuable.

The position will also provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support for SharePoint and Microsoft 365, including site access and permissions, lists, libraries, content organization, and troubleshooting.

This position is onsite at Mac Dill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL with a hybrid work schedule available.

Requirements Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and support Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and reduce manual activities.
  • Support the development and enhancement of Power Apps and other Microsoft 365 solutions as appropriate.
  • Assist with modernizing legacy SharePoint workflows, SharePoint Designer forms, and other outdated business processes by rebuilding or recreating solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, and related tools.
  • Use Power BI and other Microsoft 365 capabilities to support reporting, dashboards, and visualization of organizational information.
  • Configure and enhance SharePoint sites and portals, including structure, navigation, permissions, metadata, and governance.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 user support for SharePoint and Microsoft 365, including troubleshooting access, permissions, site functionality, lists, libraries, and other user issues.
  • Assist users with creating and managing SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, pages, and other collaboration resources.
  • Support knowledge management and collaboration initiatives that improve information sharing, content organization, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Work directly with government stakeholders and end users to understand business requirements and recommend practical Microsoft 365 solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing business processes through Microsoft 365 automation and collaboration capabilities.
  • Develop user documentation, procedures, and training materials and provide end-user training as needed.
  • Monitor SharePoint sites, content quality, permissions, and usage and recommend improvements.
  • Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 and SharePoint issues and coordinate resolution of more complex technical problems.
  • Stay current with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform capabilities and recommend enhancements that improve the user experience and business processes.
  • Must have high-level written and verbal communication skills
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience with Power Automate and/or Power Apps, including creating, maintaining, or supporting business process workflows.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience supporting or administering SharePoint and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including sites, lists, libraries, permissions, navigation, and content management.
  • Experience providing end-user support and troubleshooting SharePoint or Microsoft 365 issues.
  • Understanding of knowledge management, document management, collaboration, and business process improvement concepts.
  • Experience gathering requirements and working directly with end users and organizational stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Security Requirements
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Ability to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification, if required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience migrating or modernizing legacy SharePoint workflows, SharePoint Designer workflows, forms, or similar solutions.
  • Microsoft 365, SharePoint, or Power Platform certifications.
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense or Special Operations Forces customers.
  • Experience supporting business process improvement or modernization initiatives.
  • Experience working in a government or military environment.
