Workday Finance Sr. Analyst; Flexibility

• Define and enforce consistent Workday processes and standards across the Finance Digital team, creating templates, workflows, and review checkpoints to reduce rework and improve delivery speed.

• Oversee system governance, configuration standards, and change management processes.

• Collaborate with and mentor a team of analysts, fostering professional development and high performance.

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of Finance Digital Team initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate with Business Stakeholders and PMO on roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution of Finance Digital Team projects.

• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations on Finance Operations performance and initiatives.

• Other duties as assigned; support additional initiatives and responsibilities as needed to advance organizational goals.

• Bachelor's degree (required) BBA/BCOM or similar

• Workday Certified - see below (preferred)

• Strong Workday Finance background and experience in one or more of the following areas:
  Foundational Data Model, Accounting, Business Assets and Budgets (Accounting Center & Prism Reporting), Supplier Invoices, Requisition s, and Purchase Orders (Pos), Supplier Accounts Module, Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Cycle, Banking & Settlement, Adaptive

• Ability to analyze and document backend system information such as data mapping and microservice components.

• Knowledge of defect tracking processes and tools

• Strong knowledge of Workday product design

• Experience with 3rd party and vendor relationships

• Experience with structured and object-oriented analysis techniques

• Proven experience in operational business process improvement

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking ability

• Good communication skills, both written and spoken

• Ability to prioritize across many projects and deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail, motivation, and initiative

• Minimum of 5 years of Workday experience working in a development/implementation environment

• Three to five years of previous experience in financial applications and process (preferred)

• Experience leading a team for large or complex projects.

• Strong sense of personal accountability for high quality, value-driven work that supports business outcomes required.

• Places the user in the center of decision making and prioritizes speed, agility and innovation in work.
