Job Summary

Randstad is hiring a Functional Lead for a long term position. 100% Remote.

Education:

• Gather and document business requirements, conduct fit-gap analysis
• Solution design, including process flow mapping and configuration workbooks
• Proof of Concepts (POCs) for complex scenarios
• Guide offshore resources for RICE object development (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
• Functional design document (FDD) preparation and sign-off
• Integration design with upstream/downstream systems (Procurement, GL, Banks)
• Chart of Accounts mapping and Accounting Hub setup considerations
• Write test scripts for SIT and UAT
• Execute and manage SIT, UAT cycles including defect tracking and resolution
• Regression testing after patches or quarterly updates
• Production deployment and go-live support
• Triage, bug fix, and enhancements
• Quarterly Oracle patch assessment - evaluate new features and regression impact
• Month-end and year-end close support (reconciliation, period close, 1099/1096 processing)
• Localization support
• Coordination with Oracle Support as necessary

• 5+ years of experience with Oracle core financial modules:
  General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CM), and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH)
