SOCRATES and SGE Trainer

Copperhead Technologies, an operating firm of Command Holdings is seeking a qualified SOCRATES and SGE Trainer in support of the USSOCOM SOCRATES mission. This position is responsible for developing and supporting training requirements for the USSOCOM SOCRATES Enterprise Architecture. Support will include new user training, refresher training, specific application training, SOF Geospatial Enterprise (SGE) training, and mission tailored training using SOCRATES baseline and above-baseline applications.

In addition, the contract will assist users in account, token, and certification creation/management. The trainer will assist with the creation and management of training plans and will ensure a high-level proficiency of SOCRATES and the SGE.

• SGE Training:
  Development and support of SGE training on operating the SGE capability. This training will include the use of ESRI products, inputting data, publishing data, and developing briefings based on SGE.
• One-On-One Training:
  Providing one-on-one training for SOCRATES applications.
• Group Training:
  Coordination and support of group training to be offered and scheduled at USSOCOM HQ.
• Mobile Training:
  As needed, the trainer shall support Mobile Training Team (MTT) requests from TSOCs, Components, and other SOF locations across the Globe.
• Application Testing:
  As needed, the trainer shall perform testing of new applications and updates to current applications being integrated into the SOF SOCRATES Enterprise.
• Remedy Support:
  Able to access requests and contact users for associated PKI issues.
