This is a full-time, on-site role for a Public Adjuster located in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. The Public Adjuster will be responsible for evaluating property damage, preparing detailed reports, advocating on behalf of policyholders to achieve appropriate insurance settlements, and managing all stages of the claims process. The role involves working closely with clients, insurance companies, and other professionals to ensure claims are properly handled and resolved efficiently.

• Proficiency in assessing Property Damage and Property Claims
• Experience in Adjustments and handling Insurance Claims
• Broad understanding of Insurance, including policies and procedures
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in stressful situations
• Experience in claims management or public adjusting is preferred
• Valid public adjuster's license in the State of Florida or willingness to obtain one
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the Greater Tampa Bay Area
