Upon graduation from the Personal Lines Training you will become an Underwriting Service Associate. In this role, you will provide customer service to our insurance agent partners and insureds in a call center environment. You will assist by servicing homeowner insurance policies, from processing an endorsement to renewing the policy and much more. This position does not require sales of any products, so you can give your full attention to providing dedicated customer service.

Please note The Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) requires a 4-40 Customer Representative License to perform this job. Florida DFS regulates insurance licensure and has specific requirements, including fingerprinting and a background screening. They may deny licensure to individuals with certain felony or misdemeanor convictions. Please note that employment with Safepoint MGA is contingent upon obtaining and maintaining proper insurance licensure in all states where we do business.
