This is a full-time, on-site Insurance Agent role located in Tampa, FL. The primary responsibilities include prospecting potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage options. The agent will also maintain client relationships, process policy applications, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the role includes staying updated on industry trends, compliance regulations, and operational best practices.

This position is ideal for professionals with a passion for insurance and client engagement.

• Proficiency in Insurance Sales, including identifying and meeting client needs
• Strong knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage practices
• Experience in Finance and the ability to provide tailored financial advice for coverage plans
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to build trust and maintain relationships with clients
• Relevant certifications/licenses in insurance or willingness to obtain them
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Previous experience in the insurance sector is preferred
