Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience in real property and/or business litigation to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent writing skills, and the confidence to excel in written and oral advocacy. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in real property and business litigation matters.
- Conduct legal research, analysis, and document preparation.
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Prepare for and attend court hearings, trials, and mediations.
- Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records.
- Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- 4-7 years of real property and/or business litigation experience preferred.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Comfortable with public speaking and courtroom appearances.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
