• Manage and negotiate commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and development matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and related contracts
• Advise clients on land use, zoning, title, and due diligence issues
• Coordinate with developers, lenders, investors, brokers, and other stakeholders
• Conduct risk assessments and propose practical, strategic legal solutions
• Oversee closings and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality legal service

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions
• Strong knowledge of commercial property laws, financing structures, and industry practices
