Overview
Dehra Miotke seeks a motivated Immigration Paralegal with a minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience.
Qualifications- Associate's degree
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Superior writing, speaking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with a high-volume Immigration-related caseload
- Experience in drafting U Visa Applications, I-601 and I-601A waivers, legal memoranda, and affidavits
- Excellent writing skills
- The ability to keep apprised of ongoing changes in the Immigration landscape
- Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
- Support attorneys with immigration matters and administrative tasks
- Manage a high-volume immigration-related caseload
- Draft U Visa Applications, I-601 and I-601A waivers, legal memoranda, and affidavits
- Prepare and organize documentation for filings and regulatory compliance
- Maintain current knowledge of changes in immigration laws and procedures
