About the RoleA skilled Defense Litigation Attorney who will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload and providing expert legal counsel to clients.
Responsibilities- Represent clients in insurance defense litigation cases: liability, bodily injury
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Negotiate settlements and manage trial preparation.
- Advise clients on legal rights and obligations.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law Florida
- At least one year of recent insurance defense litigation experience
- Experience in defense litigation or related fields.
- Familiarity with trial procedures and court rules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
