Your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining prompt, monthly client communication so clients feel informed and supported
- Discussing treatment progress and accurately logging all client interactions
- Coordinating diagnostic procedures such as MRIs to keep cases moving forward
- Preparing and submitting updated medical bills and records on a bi‑monthly basis
- Organizing and updating case files monthly with medical records, bills, and provider information
- Tracking outstanding requests to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Drafting and sending Notices of Claim on monthly to bi‑monthly timelines
- Performing accurate monthly data entry related to case phases, injuries, treatment, and property damage
- Participating in monthly file reviews with attorneys and contributing thoughtful strategy notes
- Handling post‑settlement tasks including closings and lien reduction requests within one to two months
- Showing up daily as a reliable, adaptable team player who others can count on
- You have 2+ years of experience in personal injury pre‑litigation
- You’re comfortable using case management software like Filevine and Microsoft Office
- You communicate clearly and professionally, both written and verbal
- You can manage multiple cases without losing accuracy or composure
- You’re patient, even‑tempered, empathetic, persistent, and self‑motivated
- You care about doing things right, not just getting them done
