The ideal candidate will manage complex HSR filings, provide counsel on antitrust matters in mergers, and exhibit strong communication and analytical skills. Applicants must hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school and join either the D.C. or New York Bar.

The expected salary range is between $290,000 and $310,000, complemented by comprehensive benefits including medical insurance and retirement plans.
