Family Law Attorney

Compensation:$70,000.00 - $ per year commensurate with experience.

Our Tampa firm is seeking a skilled Family Law Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience who combines professionalism, sound judgment, and a commitment to client advocacy. This role offers immediate responsibility for active matters, allowing you to manage your own caseload while contributing to a collaborative legal team.

You will handle cases from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements, preparing for hearings and mediations, conducting depositions, negotiating with opposing counsel, and maintaining direct client communication. This role requires initiative, organization, and the ability to work independently while producing high-quality results.

Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar, have family law or litigation experience, strong legal writing skills, and comfort appearing in court and negotiating resolutions. Familiarity with Cosmo Lex is helpful but not required. Professional maturity, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to guiding clients through complex personal matters are essential.
