In-House Corporate Attorney The Qualifacts+Credible and InSync Legal Team is seeking an experienced attorney with two (2) to three (3) years of general corporate andhealthcareexperience for a Corporate Counsel position in our new office in Tampa, Florida. The successful candidate will report to the General Counsel and join a rapidly growing, team- oriented organization that is the nationwide industry leader in Electronic Health Record platforms for the Behavioral Health industry.
Attorneys with prior in-house experience and a demonstrated interest in the following practice areas will be considered:
· Customer and vendor contract, drafting, review and negotiation
· Healthcare and law research
· Healthcare regulatory compliance
· Corporate Compliance programs
· Information Security
· HIPAA Business Associate Agreements
· HIPAA Subcontractor Business Associate Agreements
· Nondisclosure Agreements (NDA”s) Candidates must have a current Florida Law License, excellent academic credentials and excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal and organizational skills. A desire to work in a fast paced environment with internal and external stakeholders and the demonstrated ability to take on multiple responsibilities while prioritizing competing projects are also required. This is not a remote position.
