Associate Attorney

Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an Associate Attorney with at least two years of experience in insurance defense litigation to join their growing practice. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience handling files from inception through resolution and a strong understanding of civil procedure in state and federal courts.

• Manage all aspects of insurance defense cases, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court hearings, arbitrations, and depositions.
• Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, discovery responses, and settlement agreements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance carriers, and opposing counsel.
• Provide legal analysis and strategic recommendations to clients and senior partners.
• Maintain organized case files and meet all court and firm deadlines.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
  , preferably in areas such as personal injury, premises liability, property damage, or auto negligence.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage a high‑volume caseload.
• Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
